About the Role

At o9 Solutions, our mission is to empower enterprises to achieve their full potential through data-driven decision making. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients optimize their supply chains and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in process and business requirements sessions to document to-be business processes leveraging industry best practices.
  • Identify and collect data from various sources, including databases, excel sheets, emails, and others, to inform business decisions.
  • Convert business logic into technical platform design, including knowledge of platform infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Directors to develop clear functional and technical design and document data requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Deep analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of optimization methods, financial computations, statistical analysis, and advanced mathematical modeling techniques.
  • Experience using data science and associated software and programming technologies.
  • Exposure and experience implementing advanced planning systems and tools.
What You'll Do for Us

You will be responsible for leading requirement and design sessions with customers, analyzing areas of improvement opportunities, collecting and analyzing data to provide decision support information, and mentoring Associate Solution Architects and Sr. Business Operations Specialists.
