We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Solution Architect to join our IT team and lead our organization's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and document the overall solution architecture, considering long-term business objectives and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for strategic solutions.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Ensure that solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams during solution implementation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to strategic solutions.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of solutions and their components.
- Prioritize the technical vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
- Assess technical solutions and verify their alignment with business needs.
- Seamlessly integrate new solutions with existing systems and technologies.
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 7+ years of professional Information Technology experience in solutioning, designing, development, and delivering systems.
- 5+ years of hands-on solutions architecture experience with a focus on strategic planning and enterprise-wide solutions.
- Integration technology, platform, and API solution experience.
- Knowledge of Application architecture, Design methodologies across multiple platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution) at all levels.
- Ability to translate technical ideas/designs to multiple audiences, including Executives.
- Thorough understanding of and experience with multiple SDLC / Agile methods.
- Team player.
