Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the team and planning daily business activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team in Barcelona and plan and organize daily business.
  • Facilitate communication between the team and our client.
  • Work with the team to deliver against agreed SLA & KPI.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports to Customer.
  • Handle human resources, team building, team planning, and workforce management.
  • Coordinate backup during holidays, illness, and team member departures.
  • Define and set training objectives with the involvement or approval of the client.
  • Organize the trainings and ensure all (marketing) automation specialists and proofreaders are well trained and up to date on the topics and processes.
  • Train additional team members when needed, ensuring they reach the necessary level of knowledge to start working on the tool.
  • Coach the team and keep them motivated.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual or proficient in Portuguese with advanced English and Spanish.
  • Good knowledge of online marketing instruments, inbound campaigns, and customer journeys.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and with an e-mail marketing tool, preferably with first experience in a marketing automation tool (ideally Eloqua) and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment, and scoring.
  • Experienced in team management.
  • Knowledge of Windows/MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills, including detail-oriented, organized, able to manage priorities, and produce accurate work.
  • Able to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively.
  • A team player.
