Buscamos un Coach de DevOps

En Reconocida empresa, estamos buscando un profesional experimentado en metodologías ágiles y DevSecOps para unirse a nuestro equipo de transformación digital. Si tienes experiencia en la implementación de prácticas DevOps y quieres formar parte de un equipo dinámico y proactivo, este es tu oportunidad

Responsabilidades
  • Difundir e implementar prácticas DevOps en la organización.
  • Generar contenidos multimedia con los conceptos críticos DevOps (videos, blogs, podcasts).
  • Impartir talleres sobre DevOps.
  • Promover la autonomía y crecimiento de la comunidad.
  • Asegurar los valores DevOps y principios ágiles y hacer coaching al equipo; facilitar transparencia, inspección y adaptación.
  • Asegurar la eliminación de obstáculos para alcanzar los objetivos de transformación cultural.
  • Facilitar comunicación y colaboración dentro y fuera del equipo.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles y mindset DevSecOps.
  • Conocimientos en OpenShift, Azure, AWS, Jira, Jenkins y Git.
  • Facilidad para la comunicación y el liderazgo suficiente para guiar equipos en este proceso.
  • Se valorará formación y/o experiencia como SCRUM Master, PO, Agile Coach, Design Thinking, Gestión de comunidades, Gestión de contenidos digitales,...
  • Se valorará conocimientos en inglés.
