About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Technical Leader to join our team at Avature. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our cloud-based platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the deployment and configuration of our applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining our configuration management system, deployment platform, and associated processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement our cloud-based platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of our applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain our configuration management system, deployment platform, and associated processes.
  • Proactively plan, design, and develop highly distributed systems.
  • Coach team members on technical aspects of their activities and promote best practices in deployments and infrastructure management.
Requirements
  • Strong background in OOP, architecture, performance, and efficiency.
  • Mentoring and leadership experience.
  • Superior analytical/troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid understanding of operating system concepts.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure management technologies (Puppet, Packer, Terraform, LXD, AWS, KVM, Docker, etc.).
