Responsabilidades del Cargo
  • Realizar calibraciones en entornos de la industria farmacéutica.
  • Tener conocimientos sólidos en cálculo de tolerancias.
  • Evaluar tolerancias de procesos.
  • Calibración de instrumentos para gestionar programas de calibración.
  • Experiencia en calibración de bioreactores, sistemas de utilidad, formulación y áreas asepticas.
  • Conocimientos en software Blue Mountain (RAM), Calman o Procal altamente preferidos.
Requisitos y Conocimientos
  • Experiencia en tecnologías de temperatura, presión, humedad, flujo, masa, pH, conductividad y dimensiones eléctricas.
  • Asociado en ingeniería de instrumentación.
  • Conocimientos en cGMP.
Requisitos Físicos y Entorno de Trabajo

El empleado debe estar en condiciones de realizar las siguientes actividades:

  • Usar las manos para manipular, sentir o operar equipos, herramientas o controles.
  • Estar de pie, caminar, hablar o escuchar; sentarse; subir o bajar escaleras; agacharse, arrodillarse o arrastrarse; y oler.
  • Llevar o mover objetos de hasta 25-35 libras y ocasionalmente objetos de hasta 50 libras.

El empleado puede trabajar en condiciones climáticas adversas, cerca de partes mecánicas en movimiento, expuesto a condiciones húmedas o con olor a humedad, y puede estar expuesto a olores y riesgos eléctricos. El empleado puede trabajar ocasionalmente en escaleras en lugares altos, en espacios pequeños como estaciones de medición y tanques.

El nivel de ruido en el entorno de trabajo es moderadamente alto.
