Job Description:
As a Content Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content on various platforms to ensure compliance with community standards and policies. This involves investigating reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior, identifying high-risk issues, and escalating them while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
You will provide timely and empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and maintain quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have native or fluent proficiency in Hebrew (both verbal and written) and excellent English language skills. You must also possess a valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship, strong affinity with back-office operations, and computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
