Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our EMEAA team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our data centers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered to the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our construction partners, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are aware of our expectations.
  • Collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure that all technical aspects of the project are properly managed.
  • Manage and control project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accurately forecasted and managed.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the data center industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
