The Role of Luxury BartenderWe're seeking an experienced and skilled bartender to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting signature cocktails, managing bar operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Elaborate innovative cocktails and take initiative in designing new recipes to meet guest expectations
- Organize and control bar operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality drinks
- Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage, and safety standards
- Stock, re-stock, and organize retail items in the bar as needed
- Assist with daily inventory and ordering
- Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and offer suggestions or respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
