About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Junior Sales Representative to join our Sales Department at Gaptek. As an entry-level professional, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our sales activities in the Aeronautical Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact existing and potential clients to maintain updated records on our CRM portal.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Representatives and the Sales Director, including tasks allocated on a daily basis to meet customer needs and demands.
  • Support the identification of leads for new opportunities and assist in the review of incoming documentation, preparation of presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, participate, and take minutes for meetings as directed by the Sales Director.
  • Maintain accuracy and ensure that deadlines established by the Sales Director are met.
  • Develop and maintain various company information systems up-to-date, including CRM, databases, spreadsheets, ensuring that information is recorded adequately.
  • Raise orders to the Financial Department to process invoices.
  • Support the preparation and attendance of business tradeshows internationally when required.
Requirements
  • Spanish native, English fluent. Other European languages are a plus, preferably French.
  • Business acumen.
  • Proactive individual.
  • Team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and responsive to changes.
  • Organized individual with abilities to manage a CRM system.
  • Results-oriented person.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time (mostly within Europe, sometimes overseas).
  • Ability to develop and undertake professional presentations.
  • Good literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
