Pleo is seeking a Reward Director to lead our reward strategy, driving innovation and transformation across all our global locations. As a key member of our People & Culture Domain, you will work closely with stakeholders across the entire organization to shape our reward practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation, equity, and benefits strategy that aligns with our business goals. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in reward practices across the company. Build vendor relationships and become our go-to expert on competitive information.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in international companies and confidence working with offering and rewards in various locations. You should have experience working in a scaling and fast-paced company, having previously built reward processes from the ground up. Commercial mindset with experience of sales compensation, experience designing equity programs, and knowledge of an IPO journey are highly desirable.
