Job Title: Divisional Senior Planner

Role Summary:

The Divisional Senior Planner will be responsible for driving innovation and portfolio productivity within the Coty organization. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to improve SKU count and SKU productivity, as well as innovation service and forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain operational forecasts in O9, including extra supply protection and gap analysis.
  • Provide forecast reporting to the multi-functional team, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SKU count, SKU productivity, innovation service, and forecast accuracy.
  • Launch monitoring and supply strategy adjustments based on performance of innovations.
  • Manage extra supply operational forecast vs. chosen scenario and prepare arbitrage proposals in case of shortages.
  • Run yearly portfolio analysis with disco/MVA recommendations based on SKU profitability.
  • Update strategy files according to disco decisions and communicate changes to markets.
  • Support the preparation of decks and meetings.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in operational forecasting, innovation management, and portfolio analysis. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.
