Key Responsibilities**Innovation Management**
- Develop and implement aligned sizing strategies via operational forecasting in O9, ensuring extra supply protection.
- Provide regular forecast reporting to the multi-functional team, including gap analysis versus sizing at the global and market levels.
**Launch Monitoring**
- Recommend adjustments to the supply strategy/SS based on performance of innovations.
- Conduct forecast reasonability checks by business unit based on first sell-out/sell-in trends in O9.
- Manage extra supply operational forecasting versus chosen scenarios.
- Prepare arbitrage proposals in case of shortages and communicate with business units.
- Ensure the execution of approved arbitrage decisions.
**Catalogue Management**
- Run yearly portfolio analysis with disco/MVA recommendations based on SKU profitability.
- Update the strategy file according to disco decisions for the planning hub to feed Ipems.
- Communicate disco plans changes/updates with markets.
- Support the preparation of decks and meetings.
**Key Interfaces**
- In HQ: Paris, NY, and Amsterdam Global Supply Teams.
- In Planning Hub: Category Supply Planning, Distribution Requirement Planning, and Initiative Planning.
- In Factory: Site Initiative Leader.
