**Bartender Job Summary**


At Accor Hotels, we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Mix and serve drinks according to guidelines and menus
  • Manage beverage stock and inventory
  • Assist with Bar setup and breakdown
  • Engage with guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Operate the Micros system for accurate drink ordering and payment
  • Ensure timely delivery of beverages and maintain a clean and organized Bar area
  • Participate in training programs and meetings to stay up-to-date on service standards and new concepts

**Requirements**



  • Strong knowledge of beverages, including wines, cocktails, and bar food
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
  • Adherence to Health and Safety legislation and company policies
