About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Battery Development Engineer to join our team at AVL Iberica. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of battery packs, designing and integrating electrical/electronic (E/E) architectures, and generating design verification plans (DVPs) for battery pack validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop battery packs, including component and system design
- Integrate E/E architectures, with a focus on intersystem communications
- Generate DVPs for battery pack validation
- Conduct battery pack testing and analyze results
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on development and testing activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in battery development
- Expertise in battery pack design, E/E architecture, and battery management systems (BMS)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with knowledge of French desirable
