Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dutch Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of payroll activities and/or data management/customer services activities. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing daily functional support to the teams to ensure successful delivery of payrolls and owning the end-to-end payroll process with necessary sign-offs.
- Maintaining the Client Solution workbook and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Updating, maintaining, and enforcing Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
- Solving technical issues escalated from the team and reporting system issues/defects correctly.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent Dutch written and verbal skills, as well as good English skills.
- Relevant experience administering payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation.
- Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and self-motivation.
