Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, localization, and strategic integration of our intrusion alarm and video surveillance products. This role will involve working closely with our R&D teams to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers in Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with alarm monitoring centers, distributors, and end-users to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product functionality, compatibility, and cost competitiveness.
  • Work with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with our R&D teams to design and develop new products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide technical support to ensure smooth integration of our products with those of our partners.
  • Travel within Western Europe to meet with customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in the security, IoT, or technology industry.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
  • Familiarity with alarm systems, video surveillance solutions, and alarm monitoring workflows.
  • Understanding of API integrations and certification requirements such as EN50131.
  • Fluency in English (required).
  • Proficiency in additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders across regions.
