We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Madrid office, where you will be part of a fast-paced and high-energy sales environment.
About the Job
This role involves researching prospective clients, making introductory calls, and building a sales pipeline. You will work closely with experienced mentors to develop your skills and ensure all revenue targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements
- Making introductory calls to new corporate clients
- Building a sales pipeline alongside multiple mentors with 10+ FX sales experience
- Ensuring all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations
- Developing internal relationships with all departments in the business
Requirements:
- Ideally 1-2 year of sales experience (not compulsory)
- Resilient, strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, as well as in person
- Taking feedback and accounting upon it fast
- Goal-oriented and persistence, short-term and long-term
- Fluent in Spanish language and excellent English language skills
