Creative and Campaign Manager Role Overview
This is a dynamic role that involves managing the execution of advertising campaigns with internal teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve campaign-related problems.
- Develop and implement effective campaign strategies to meet business objectives and client goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns for specific areas of business, ensuring seamless project management and efficient use of resources.
- Provide timely responses to stakeholders on campaign-related tasks, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client expectations.
- Follow established SOPs and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of day-to-day work, updating trackers and workflow tools as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with digital advertising KPIs (CTR, VCR, etc.) and ability to analyze data to inform campaign decisions.
- Fluency in French and English (C1-C2 level) and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
