About the Role:
Action Against Hunger is seeking a highly skilled Labor Market Specialist to join our team in Navarra. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our mission of eradicating hunger in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct active market research to identify employment opportunities for candidates and establish strong relationships with businesses to facilitate job placements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and labor demands, providing valuable insights to inform our employment strategies.
- Offer expert advice to candidates on various employment modalities, labor laws, and applicable agreements.
- Participate in the management and coordination of pre-selection processes, including job postings, curriculum screening, interviews, and final candidate selection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all labor market activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles and functions.
- Proven experience working in labor market intermediation with vulnerable populations.
- Strong knowledge of the labor market and its trends.
- Excellent business development and relationship-building skills.
- Positive value placed on experience as an HR professional managing selection processes.
