**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of our facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate and supervise the tasks carried out by the maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring quality and timeliness of work performed.
- Plan and coordinate renovation, repair, and improvement projects for facilities, including electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and structures.
- Manage general services, including cleaning, security, catering, and other support services, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, industrial safety, health, and environmental regulations, and manage the budget of the facilities and general services department.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and solve potential problems, and maintain updated records of all maintenance activities, general services, and legal control.
- Develop and manage energy efficiency programs to reduce energy consumption and operating costs, and conduct periodic energy audits to identify energy savings opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Technical degree or industrial engineering, electromechanics, automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance management role in an industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques, as well as project management.
