About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon Key as a Technical Program Manager, where you will play a key role in driving the development of innovative consumer products and features. As a member of our inventive research and development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge products that will be used every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the cross-functional development of new features from design through delivery
  • Deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines and communicate regularly with leadership on status, schedule, risks, and change control
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple development teams and vendors, navigating competing priorities
  • Work with subject matter experts to drive new technology initiatives and evaluations
  • Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization
  • Drive content engagement through partnering with stakeholders and product management
  • Measure, assess, and iterate constantly to drive greater user benefits
Requirements
  • Experience in technical product or program management
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Experience in software development
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
