**Job Summary**

Antal International is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Barcelona and Madrid. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our Spanish branch offices.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Daily Accounting**: Manage all accounting activities for our Spanish company, including voucher entry, document inspection, reconciliation, and write-off, receipt and payment, and other financial-related tasks.
  • **Financial Statements**: Prepare and report financial statements for our Spanish legal entity, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, financial analysis, and other related tasks.
  • **Tax Management**: Oversee tax management for our Spanish companies, including daily tax declaration, tax knowledge learning, tax risk identification, and tax norms in business activities.
  • **Treasury Management**: Manage bank docking, budget preparation, daily fund receipt, payment, and allocation. Assist in handling financial cooperation with banks and other financial institutions, including account management, fund settlement, and loan application.
  • **Risk Management**: Collaborate with the general manager in Spain to supervise business operations and timely warn of potential major financial risks, including recovery of funds, management of deposits, and security of financial data.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, financial management, or a related major.
  • Spanish, English, and Chinese as working languages.
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in a similar position, familiar with financial software and MS Office, Excel, and local finance software.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills, meticulous, patient, responsible, and strong ability to work under pressure.
  • High communication and coordination skills, capable of explaining and analyzing financial data.
