Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative financial data to create meaningful reports.
- Drive business improvements by recommending cost reductions and process enhancements.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop solutions.
- Develop and implement policies and programs to maintain and improve operational competitiveness and profitability.
- Lead the development of financial metrics, planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
- Continuously innovate and improve deliverables, making them more accessible to stakeholders.
- Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure accurate and timely financial decision data.

Requirements- BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in business analyst positions, with demonstrable financial acumen.
- Intermediate to advanced-level proficiency in Excel, with experience in ad hoc financial analysis.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and business sense.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with multiple peer groups and stakeholders.
