Job Description:

This position is responsible for the successful delivery of the Iberia Footprint program, aimed at increasing competitiveness and future-proofing the Iberia manufacturing and supply chain organization.

The program is divided into multiple workstreams, each with a Workstream Lead responsible for the deliverables. All Workstream Leads report to this position, which also manages an in-house PMO resource and an external PMO.

The PMO function ensures the program structure definition and tracks its progress against agreed cost, schedule, and scope. This position requires a highly structured approach and serves as the point of contact for stakeholders.

This position reports to BU management and Nutreco Global Management, working closely with multiple stakeholders outside the BU to provide subject matter expertise.

The position also collaborates with BU stakeholders involved in managing day-to-day business, such as managing disruptions and changes introduced by program activities.

This position must be able to deep dive into reasonable detail in case of issues and concerns related to program deliverables.

This position must be able to communicate, present, and pass through clearly both content and form on how the project is evolving.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the performance of direct and indirect reports (Workstream Leads, internal PMO, and external PMO).
  • Implementing the program structure, including workstreams, communication, documentation, reporting, controls, and progress tracking, as well as monitoring adherence and taking appropriate measures in case of deviations.
  • Defining, implementing, and utilizing program control processes, procedures, and related tools, ensuring relevant people are trained.
  • Defining and implementing the program governance structure, taking the lead in reporting out to Nutreco global management and BU management.
  • Developing, implementing, utilizing, and tracking a program integrated activity schedule to ensure meeting agreed program milestones.
  • Managing the program's budget (CAPEX and OPEX) – controlling commitments, spending, and forecasts against baseline budgets, as well as providing cost analyses as needed.
  • Managing overall program risks and issues and leading the definition of corrective actions, as well as monitoring actions progress.
  • Managing program changes (changes to scope, organization, etc.) according to a change management process.
  • Working closely with the BU HR function, managing the required changes in the BU organization as the program is delivered.
  • Implementing an efficient communications structure between Workstream Leads, PMO, BU stakeholders, and stakeholders outside the BU.
  • Acting as an inspiration and motivator to direct reports and program stakeholders.
