International Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Recruit4Work in Barcelona, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to take their sales career to the next level and work with a leading provider of contact centre services.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying strong sales opportunities, profiling potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet quarterly sales quotas and maintain high levels of daily and weekly activity.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
- Educate customers about our offerings.
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails, engage with C-level decision-makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs.
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, align business needs with available cloud solutions (solution-selling), and add value to the sales process.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect data in the CRM system, managing leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient level of German with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
- Strong ability to link business needs with the right solutions solid business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with professionalism and integrity.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is approximately €38,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
