Business Analyst Role at ING

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Internal Customer Tribe at ING. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the cooperation between the change organization and the business, supporting Tribes and squads to take decisions by substantiating and presenting design alternatives and their impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Requirements management process: documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements.
  • Responsible for the improvement of the requirements process within the asset throughout delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements and analyze them from a business perspective.
  • Define current and future operational scenarios and work with end-users to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements.
  • Write and execute test plans against requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in HR processes and transformation experience.
  • HR software experience (Workday) and certification recommended.
  • Extensive experience in software delivery, agile culture, project management, and global projects with international stakeholders.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and fluent English skills.
