Job Description

We're looking for a talented Associate UX Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an innovative designer who is data-driven, yet empathetic.

You'll use your expertise, along with data and insights from users and broader market analysis, to turn design direction into actual products and experiences.

This is a hands-on role focused on contributing to product discovery, design, and development.

You will work with seasoned UX designers and collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and developers to create quality, device-agnostic user experiences and interfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Execute visual design stages from conception to final hand-off to Frontend Engineering, maintaining our style and consistency.
  • Plan and execute research, from heatmaps to user testing, to inform design decisions.
  • Understand and use analytics data to report insights and improve user experience metrics.
  • Create a variety of deliverables from user journeys and personas to flows, wireframes, mockups, and test-ready prototypes.
  • Track, measure, and understand impact, to iterate on current experiences and envision opportunities for new ones.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of the design process – especially related to digital products – and the ability to work at all levels of the UX process.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Experience facilitating design thinking workshops with stakeholders.
  • Experience with user testing and interviews.
