About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Manager to join our team at Olala Homes.

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the online distribution channels of our establishments, ensuring proper visibility, updates, and performance of the platforms.

You will work closely with the Revenue Management department to optimize inventories, rates, and the distribution strategy across different channels, with the aim of maximizing revenue and ensuring efficient, seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously maintain and update the extranets of the various distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, metasearch engines, etc.)
  • Properly map the distribution channels in the systems to ensure the correct communication and synchronization of rates, inventories, and restrictions
  • Ensure accurate loading and updating of inventories, rates, and promotions on all distribution channels
  • Monitor and resolve any technical or connectivity issues with the distribution channels, ensuring the system functions correctly and no sales are lost
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing distribution channels in the hospitality industry
  • Handling OTA extranets, hotel management systems (PMS, Channel Manager), channel mapping, rate and inventory management
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and adjust distribution strategies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Technical problem-solving and coordination with external teams
