About the Role:

Vista, a leading design and marketing partner to small businesses, is seeking a skilled Site Merchandising Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies that drive business growth and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with key category management stakeholders and stay up-to-date on their new product introduction roadmaps, customer pain points, and positioning strategies.
  • Ensure new products seamlessly integrate into our existing e-commerce ecosystem, including navigation, category pages, and site-wide search.
  • Lead the identification and scaling of wins to improve benefits for our larger portfolio, creating consistency in the shopping experience where possible.
  • Monitor key metrics and levers that influence site performance, flagging deviations from trends and proposing actions to address them.
  • Conduct research and deep dives using tools like Looker, Quantum Metrics, and UserTesting to inform merchandising decisions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce as a site merchandiser.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Experience writing business performance one-pagers.
  • Solid understanding of experimentation, including learning agenda creation, hypothesis formation, experimentation tooling setup, metric monitoring, and conducting performance readouts and communicating next steps with key partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to proactively monitor site data metrics and take ownership of key site data metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and async communication skills.
