Homecare HSE Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our Homecare team at Linde. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting the development of a strong SHEQ culture and performance improvement within our Homecare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement execution plans to fulfill targets and strategies, aligning execution with different business areas.
2. Ensure the effectiveness of management systems and continuous improvement in the SHEQ area.
3. Manage the country management system and, where applicable, maintain certifications.
4. Guarantee the implementation of Linde Global Standards applied to the local management system, ensuring they do not conflict with local regulations.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing information and leading periodic management system reviews.
6. Prepare and coordinate audit plans and execution.
7. Make measurements, providing information and supporting analysis for improvements in the SHEQ area.
8. Ensure compliance with country occupational safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

1. University degree in technical areas, preferably.
2. Specialist in three areas: Occupational Safety, Health, and Ergonomics.
3. Experience in similar roles in the sanitary business.
4. Accustomed to implementing ISO 14001, 45001, and 26000.
5. Experience in the administration of management systems and risk assessment.
6. Experience in training and auditing.
7. Team player, collaborative person, and able to deal with different key interfaces.
