About the Role

This is a full-time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:30 hrs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote and support the development of a strong SHEQ culture and performance improvement.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of management systems and drive continuous improvement in the SHEQ area.
  • Coordinate audit plans and execution, and provide information and support for analysis and improvements in the SHEQ area.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, and provide information and lead periodic management system reviews.
  • Guarantee the implementation of Linde Global Standards applied to local management systems, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with country occupational safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
  • University degree in technical areas, preferably.
  • Specialist in three areas: Occupational Safety, Health, and Ergonomics.
  • Experience in similar roles in the sanitary business.
  • Proven experience in implementing ISO 14001 and 45001, and 26000.
  • Administration of management systems and risk assessment.
  • Experience in training and auditing.
  • Teamworker, collaborative person, and ability to deal with different key interfaces.
