We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate with excellent organizational skills to join our finance department. This individual will play a crucial role in managing vendor bills, maintaining company credit card programs, and processing payments accurately.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with NetSuite, Intact, SAP One, or other cloud-based ERPs is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all vendor bills and invoices, ensuring proper General Ledger and department coding in NetSuite
  • Maintain company credit card program, adhering to company policy and timely reporting requirements
  • Process vendor invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with agreements and policies
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status and discrepancies
  • Prepare and process payments owed through appropriate payment methods
  • Manage T&E process, including report submission, review, and policy compliance
  • Participate in month-end close responsibilities, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and analytical review in compliance with US GAAP
  • Support international accounting processes and personnel, treasury functions, and audit processes

Requirements:

  • B.S./B.A. degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • 1+ year of experience in an accounting environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, SumIfs, etc.)
  • Strong self-motivation, conflict management, and organizational skills
