Technical Support Specialist

Ubique Systems is seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise in the applications being supported.
The role involves providing L2 and L3 support for incidents, service requests, and enhancements, as well as conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical issues and analyzing problems to find effective remediation solutions.
In addition, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for interacting with customers on reported issues, managing customer expectations, and communicating with other parts of the team and third-party suppliers to ensure business needs are met.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of application knowledge, quick learning abilities, and excellent communication skills. Required technical skills include Visual Basic 6, .NET, and SQL, among others.
