We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Knowmad Mood team. As a key member of our Corporate Helpdesk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance and support to our users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively
- Educate users on IT best practices and guidelines to enhance productivity and security
- Collaborate with regional IT teams to provide support and assistance as needed
You will maintain accurate records of user requests, incidents, and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. You will also create and update knowledge base articles, user guides, and other documentation to support self-service and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:- Strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS), Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications
- Familiarity with hardware components, peripherals, and basic networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
