Coach is a global fashion house that embodies the spirit of creativity and inclusivity. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the Coach brand with passion and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Coach selling skills and service training to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Meet personal sales and productivity goals, and deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Represent the Coach brand as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers' needs are consistently exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and support management decisions

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment is essential
  • Background in working in luxury retail is desirable
