Product Marketing Manager

Are you a marketing professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for product development and marketing strategy? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at McBride.

About the Role:

The Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the product portfolio recommendation and related product management activities. This includes assisting sales in the commercialisation of McBride product offerings in specific sub-categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse market data to build market knowledge and identify trends
  • Conduct customer analysis to understand their assortment and preferences
  • Monitor local brands and competitors to stay ahead of the competition
  • Contribute to the development of local category and strategy processes
  • Support the build of category segmentation and consumer insights
  • Analyses NSV and margins from local existing references
  • Generate simple local NPD/EPD projects and assist in determining tactical actions
  • Support local key account plans and relevant category plans to align

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Diploma in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or marketing role
  • Intermediate to advanced experience of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Excellent customer service, client relationship, interpersonal communication and marketing strategies skills
