About the Role:
As a Financial Services Expert at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Billing to Cash process. Reporting directly to the Finance Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for managing the billing and collection process for assigned customers, aiming to simplify procedures, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and minimize Account Receivables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the billing and collection process for assigned customers.
• Collaborate with the Finance Excellence team and commercial areas to maintain fluid customer contacts and simplify processes.
• Analyze and document necessary invoice corrections, following established procedures.
• Manage special billings, open accounts, post-billings, and credits, ensuring accurate processing and documentation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar required.
• Excellent customer orientation, analytical skills, and adaptability to change.
• Proficiency in SAP, EDI, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office highly valued.
• Strong English language skills, with Spanish used daily in customer interactions.
