Job Title: Aesthetics Global Brand Lead

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that delivers innovative, science-based solutions for the skin. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetics Global Brand Lead to join our team and drive the success of our global brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global brand strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
  • Lead innovation projects and develop sound business cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive brand consistency globally and in key markets such as the US, China, Brazil, Thailand, and EU.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across all touchpoints, both digital and offline.
  • Own brand financial and in-market performance and drive corrective actions to outperform targets.
  • Collaborate closely with key markets to develop global solutions that will be implemented at the local level.
  • Support congress activities from a marketing perspective, including booth design, messaging, and symposia.
  • Coordinate marketing advisory board meetings and support global KOL development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in branding, ideally in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty brands, with a track record of success in both global and local roles and PnL ownership.
  • Strong experience in innovation projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking, ability to influence and drive alignment, and engage stakeholders across functions and locations.
  • Successful track record in driving connectivity with consumers in digital touchpoints, ideally with experience in B2B and B2B2C.
  • Ability to work as a team member, with the capacity to work with different cultures, profiles, across global, regional, and local levels.
