Transportation Network Configuration Specialist

At Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U., we are looking for a highly skilled TNC Functional Analyst to join our Transportation Network Configuration Quality and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical experience, hands-on capabilities, and technical leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Amazon network configuration meets standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Transportation teams, Product Managers, and SDEs to design, develop, and improve processes, enhancing customer experience.
- Mitigate issues impacting the network by providing short-term mitigations and working on long-term action plans to structurally address them.
- Analyze the impact of potential disruptions in the system and design levers for prevention or faster resolution.
- Scope and document system improvements required for customer experience enhancement.
- Interact with tech teams to drive and improve system and processes.
- Interact with operations stakeholders, aligning their expectations and improving their customer experience.
- Document quality engineering processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain a robust knowledge base.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues, perform detailed root cause analysis, and respond to suggestions for enhancements.
- Participate in oncall rotation, providing support to operations teams, and being periodically required to perform outside business hours support according to the team oncall coverage plan.
A Day in the Life:
This position combines tactical and strategic responsibilities as you step up to lead ambiguous programs. You will collaborate daily with stakeholders across multiple Organizations to resolve system and network issues with short and long-term solutions. Working with your team and internal partners, you will invent and develop system and process improvements that deliver new business value, improve CX, and increase team productivity, speed, and quality.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Solid SQL skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
- Proven analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization.
- Experience in prioritizing multiple concurrent projects while delivering timely and accurate results.
- Experience in Program/Project management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Transportation, or another technical field.
- Supply Chain experience.
- Python knowledge and previous Quality Assurance experience.
- Amazon logistic network knowledge.
- Lean/six sigma experience.
- Experience in continuous improvement process.
