Job Title: People Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Legal Assistant to join our Legal Team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the compilation and updating of employee records and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver contractual documentation, including extensions and changes to contractual conditions.
  • Manage Social Security movements in the CASIA system.
  • Provide support to other department procedures as required.
Requirements:
  • Studying Law or Labour Relations in a Catalan university.
  • Able to make an internship agreement with your university.
  • Living in Barcelona or within commuting distance.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Full-time schedule, 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
