This internship is aimed at students currently studying a Law degree or a Labour Relations degree in a Catalan University. If you're studying a masters degree in this field, you're also welcome to apply, but you need to have a previous HR/Law degree awarded by a Spanish University.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Legal department.
  • Compile and update employee records and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver contractual documentation.
  • Manage Social Security movements in the CASIA system.
  • Manage HR/Legal related queries according to internal procedures and labour law regulations.
  • Provide support to other department procedures as required.
Requirements:
  • Studying Law or Labour Relations in a Catalan university.
  • Able to make an internship agreement with your university.
  • Living in Barcelona or within commuting distance.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience is good to have, but not a requirement.
Benefits:
