Senior Clinical Trial Manager

As a Senior Clinical Trial Manager at Icon, you will be responsible for leading the local trial team in delivering high-quality data and trial documents/records that meet regulatory requirements. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned studies and will work closely with the country management team to ensure successful trial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the local trial team to deliver quality data and trial documents/records
  • Ensure consistent conduct of pre-trial assessment visits and instruct teams on follow-up
  • Recommend suitable sites for selection and collaborate with the country management team to select the final site list
  • Contribute to the development of trial plans, safety monitoring plans, and filing and archiving plans
  • Lead local project planning activities to meet recruitment targets and deliver high-quality data on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
