Our Tech Stack

Our tech stack is constantly evolving as we grow and face new challenges; We operate in the Cloud, utilizing Terraform as infrastructure as code, and we orchestrate with a Kubernetes cluster. We have a decoupled architecture, based on asynchronous APIs and services. We use high availability components that meet our regulatory requirements. On the backend side we code in Python and C, with FastAPI for the APIs. On the frontend side we use Javascript and Typescript with React.

Job Description: High-Tech Quality Assurance Strategist

We are seeking an experienced High-Tech Quality Assurance Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, experience in building a QA strategy, and excellent leadership skills.

  • Create and implement a comprehensive QA framework to ensure the highest level of quality in our products.
  • Supervise data quality and assure the quality of features, including feature engineering and selection.
  • Help educate and drive technical understanding among team members in our fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Develop and lead a small QA team, creating a strategy to achieve our goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams within Idoven, including Data, Engineering, Product and Regulatory teams.
  • Create QA documentation in accordance with regulatory needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing tests, building automated tests, and predicting potential code issues. They will also prioritize test cases, fix tests during runtime, and create analysis reports and testing status updates.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with previous experience building a QA strategy.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
  • Intermediate knowledge of programming languages, including Python and/or C++.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools, including pytest or other frameworks (catch, Google test, Boost test).
  • Experience working with JIRA and X-Ray.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
