We are seeking an experienced Sample Coordinator to join our Laboratory team in Valencia. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in healthcare and genetic services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage laboratory samples according to established procedures and maintain accurate records of patient test results
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Coordinate documentation requirements and oversee the sample reception area
  • Provide administrative support to the laboratory team, guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance
  • Enter and update client information using designated software
  • Identify potential issues affecting test performance and notify supervisors or directors as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Biology or related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) and office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Prior experience in ERP systems (Navision preferred) and similar roles or industries
