**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced App Store Optimization (ASO) Growth Manager to join our multidisciplinary marketing team. As an ASO expert, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our clients' apps through data-driven strategies and tactics.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage client accounts and lead ASO projects for diverse apps across multiple markets and languages.
  • Support key ASO clients globally, executing campaigns based on strategies developed by our Senior Consultants and Growth Leads.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize client results and improve app store presence.
  • Brief designers and translators on creative experiments and app store asset localization.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients, guiding them through ASO methods and thought processes.
  • Monitor and report on keyword rankings, install rate, and experiment effectiveness.
  • Develop expertise in ASO and related areas, staying up-to-date on tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Produce high-quality content and articles for our ASO knowledge base and publication.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing with an app publisher, tool agency, or similar.
  • At least 1-year experience in ASO.
  • A proven track record of being data-driven, with experience analyzing data with Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
