Key Responsibilities- Design and implement ITSM strategies that align with client business objectives
- Drive the delivery of cutting-edge IT solutions using state-of-the-art technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure and ensure seamless integration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in IT service management or related fields, with expertise in ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Programming languages: Java, Python, C++
- Product experience: Minimum 2 years in large-scale implementations of ITSM solutions, such as OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow ITSM, Atlassian Jira Service Management, and others
- Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Soft skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities to work independently and collaboratively
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German or French is advantageous
