- Garantizar que el equipo cuenta con las herramientas necesarias para ofrecer experiencias de athletes de la máxima calidad.
- Supervisar el proceso de contratación e incorporación en colaboración con líderes de tienda con experiencia.
- Colaborar con el equipo de la tienda para implementar y mantener una cultura NIKE positiva.
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en tienda o en puestos de liderazgo.
- Conocimientos muy buenos de inglés oral y escrito.
- Competencias y experiencia para ofrecer un servicio excepcional al cliente.
- Capacidad de formar y desarrollar un equipo sólido.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en distintos turnos y los fines de semana.
