About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the OPTIMA Shopping Operations team at Amazon, where you will play a key role in elevating the shopping experience for customers. As a Sr. Data Associate, you will be responsible for processing a variety of tasks with exceptional efficiency and quality, working closely with the Operations Manager and Data Associates to drive critical process improvements and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dive into a diverse array of annotation and data analysis tasks, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics
  • Provide hands-on floor support to the Operations Manager, working closely with Data Associates to help prioritize their workload and deliver on business-critical needs
  • Track and report on crucial operational metrics of Data Associates, ensuring flawless delivery on all KPIs and SLAs
  • Collaborate with your team to identify and implement process efficiencies, continuously enhancing productivity
  • Apply your sound judgment to make informed decisions within established guidelines and procedures
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and French (C1/C2 level), with a special focus on writing and editing skills and a strong command of grammar
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial work (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like linguistics (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for improving customer experiences through innovative technology
