About the Role

Elevate the shopping experience with your language expertise and join Amazon's elite team as a Sr. Data Associate with German language skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a variety of tasks with exceptional efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Data Associates to drive critical process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Track and report on crucial operational metrics of Data Associates, ensuring flawless delivery on all KPIs and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process efficiencies, continuously enhancing productivity.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and German (C1/C2 level), with a special focus on writing and editing skills and a strong command of grammar.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial work, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like linguistics, outstanding communication and organizational skills, passion for improving customer experiences through innovative technology.
